HOW TO ORDER

1. Place your order with the choices we provided, if you have any special request please write it down on the Special Request column.
2. After placed an order, we will contact you and double confirm with your order and special request before we proceed to the next step of crafting.
3. Please send your your pet's hair to our shop (Suntec City Mall, #01-K5, near Shake Shack)
4. We will let you know when we receive your pet's hair, it takes 10 - 15 business days to make the keepsake for you.
5. When the pendant is ready, we will send you a picture of your jewelry before we ship it to ensure you are 100% in love with your choice!
6. After approval, we will ship your jewelry or you can self collection at our shop (Suntec City Mall, #01-K5, near Shake Shack)

Important Note

Your pet's hair need to be completely dried before you send them to us. If they are sent without being fully dried, while in transit, they will possibly develop mold, and we’re not able to work with them. Keep them in a small dry zip lock bag and write your name and your pet's name on the zip lock bag. This step is to ensure that we can 100% sure we are crafting the correct pet's hair for your jewelry order.
