Terms & Conditions

Please read and understand these Terms & Conditions before you make your purchase(s). We may modify, alter or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By placing an order, you are agreeing to the Terms & Conditions.

Placing an order

  • Note that if you have a discount code, please enter in the coupon column when checking out of cart. If you have forgotten to apply the discount code, email us before we send the order confirmation to you.

Products

  • All items are stated in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
  • All items listed on our webpage are brand new and in stock.
  • La Fleur have made every effort to depict as accurately as possible the colours and designs of our products.
  • Please note that colours will appear differently on different computer monitors.
  • All products are handmade thus there will be slight variations.

Modes of Payment

1.   Paypal
2.   Internet Banking
3.   ATM Transfers

  • We use a OCBC Bank account, and we will acknowledge all other interbank transfers as well (i.e. DBS/POSB/MayBank). A snapshot of the receipt will have to be sent to us as proof of payment.

Exchange and Returns

Unfortunately given that all items upon order, we are unable to accept refunds. 

However, Exchange and returns are valid for the following situations: 

1.   Wrong item/size sent
2.   Defect/Damaged Item sent

To process an exchange, please drop us an email at lafleurhandmadesg@gmail.com to communicate. A snapshot of item is required for review. 

Upon approval, we will send the exact item ordered to you when we receive the wrong/defected item.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange/returns based on assessment of the product shown to us.

For exchanges made for the above situations, shipping costs for replacement item and for returned item will be borne by us. 

Please furnish us with your receipt so that we can reimburse back to you the shipping fee you incurred. (*we will only bear the shipping fee and not the cost for stationery used i.e envelope)

Exchange Policy

We will provide an exchange only if the item delivered to you is incorrect or defective.

  • We do not accept request for exchange due to reason of unsuitability
  • Exchanges must be done within 7 days of delivery
  • Postage charges incurred when you send your item for exchange will be reimbursed in the form of a credit voucher
  • Items will be replaced for the same product type
  • An exchange will only be made if the item was purchased directly from us with proof of purchase.

Modes of Delivery

1.      Singpost Normal Mail (4-6working days)
2.      Singpost Registered Mail (2-4 working days)
3.      Self-Collection

  • Please note that normal postage are not traceable. By opting that, you are deemed to be fully aware of the risk involved. La Fleur will not be held responsible in the event of lost mails.
  • Registered mail can be tracked and insured, We encourage customers to go for registered mail.
  • Self-collection is available at our pop up markets. Other locations can be arranged subject to availability.

We mail every weekday, Monday to Friday.
