JEWELRY CARE: The rose gold sterling silver pieces contain plating on its surface. While this plating do last a long time, it depends highly on individual's usage and care for the jewellery. To ensure it lasts, proper care for your jewellery is encouraged. Avoid direct contact with chemicals, lotions, perfumes, etc. Clean it with a dry cloth to remove dirt and body oils after each wear. When not wearing, clean it thoroughly before keeping it in a cool and dry condition or in a ziplock bag. Unfortunately, we do not provide re-plating service.

WARRANTY: We take pride in our work and designs and strive to only deliver the best to you. We are sorry if you received your jewellery in a malfunctioned condition. Within 7 days of purchased, we are happy to repair or send a replacement piece to you. Pictures of malfunctioned piece has to be provided accordingly for us to assess the condition of the item before we proceed with the repair or replacement. Wear and tear /tarnishing due to individual's use and care does not qualify as defect. We reserve the rights to determine if a replacement or repair can be provided on a case by case basis.
